Returns Policy
This returns policy is entirely related to online purchases and not purchases made in-store.
Whilst The Norma James team hope that you are pleased with your order, you have the right to return it if you are not completely satisfied. Any unsuitable items must be received back to Norma James within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please check item(s) thoroughly on receipt before removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. Any returned items must be in the supplied condition, unworn and in the original packaging with all product tags intact. Norma James reserves the right to refuse returns when the returns policy is not met.
It is the customer’s responsibility to safely return unsuitable items and at your cost and as such it is highly recommend using tracked or insured postal services. It is also advisable to safely package your item(s) so that no damage occurs during transit as Norma James cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing items.
Faulty or Incorrect Item(s)
If you receive goods that are faulty or are not what you ordered then do not hesitate to contact the Norma James team at returns@normajames.com. Please provide a description of the problem you’ve had with your order as well as your relevant contact details so we can help you with the issue as soon as possible.
How Do You Complete the Return?
Place the item(s) you wish to return back into its original packaging whilst ensuring that all products tags remain completely intact. Complete the ‘returns’ form that was sent to you alongside your order. Post the completed form with your returned goods to the following address:

Refunds
Simply fill-in the ‘refund’ section on your returns form with the reason for your return. Norma James will issue a refund within 3 working days after receipt of returned items that meet the criteria stated in our returns policy. Please be aware that this may take up to 10 working days to reach your bank account due to banking transaction process times
Exchanges
Please fill-in the ‘exchange’ section on your returns form and state the item(s) you would like in exchange including size and colour where appropriate. Your first exchange will be posted to you free of charge though please note further exchanges will incur additional costs. If the item you wish to exchange for does not match the cost of your original returned item then the difference will be applied to your original payment method.
